With up to 34 pallets, the MARATHON RZ430 multi-pallet magazine system is ideal when you need to produce individual parts as repeat parts or small to medium series. Pallet handling is carried out by a 6-axis YASKAWA robot with a payload of 88 kg (or optionally 110 kg). Two pull-out storage/retrieval stations guarantee maximum productivity, even with short program run times. A highlight is the MultibatchOS pallet and order management system, including an 18.5″ widescreen touch display.
The automation system is perfect for use with the 5-axis machining centres ACURA 50 and ACURA 65.
