High rigidity design

The dual walled symmetrical construction of the machine column is designed to virtually eliminate possible thermal deformation. Whilst hand scraping of the main machine component ensures long term cutting accuracy.
Powerful IDD spindle
The isolated direct drive spindle utilises high precision ceramic ball bearings. The high efficiency spindle oil cooler system effectively minimises thermal deformation ensuring high precision.
Maximum spindle speeds of 15,000 rpm, 22 kW and 200 nM torque are suitable for any cutting conditions.
BBT40 tool changer with simultaneous taper and flange contact design provide higher machining accuracy whilst improving spindle and tool life.
High capacity machining space
750 mm (dia) x 1000 mm large working envelope table with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg each.
Ability to run 400 and 500 mm pallets in the same machine.
