Main Job Duties and Responsibilities to include All or Partial of the following:
- To work within a solid team environment.

Working to a disciplined process structure when servicing machines and equipment from our key principles:
- YCM CNC Machining Centres
- Goodway CNC Lathes
- Hedelius CNC Machining Centres
- Kellenberger / Hardinge CNC Lathes
- You will be responsible for New and Used machine tool installations, service, repairs and breakdowns of equipment on customers sites across the UK and Ireland
- Conducting regular planned maintenance contracts / schedules to ensure our customer machine tools meet their requirements, and to always ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete In-field troubleshooting and repairing pre-diagnosed system faults when required.
- Assisting Engineering with AR Filtrazioni mist extraction unit installations, where required.
- To display a good working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
- Work to pre-determined deadlines.
- Offer exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- To attend periodic machine tool training on-site at YMT Limited when and where necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks – Day to Day reporting on service projects attended.
- To attend bi-annual service meetings held at YMT Limited
