Senior members of the YMT Technologies team recently travelled to Stuttgart for AMB 2026, one of Europe’s leading exhibitions for the metalworking industry.
Held at Messe Stuttgart from 15–19 September, AMB brings together machine tool manufacturers, automation specialists and technology providers from across the global manufacturing sector. This year’s event welcomed around 65,000 visitors, with the latest developments in machining, automation, digitalisation and production technology on display. Messe Stuttgart
For YMT Technologies, the show provided a valuable opportunity to spend time with a number of our key manufacturing partners. As exclusive UK partners for many leading brands, the team visited Hedelius, YCM, FANUC, Nakamura-Tome and Cellro, catching up with their teams and seeing the latest machinery and automation developments first-hand.
Automation was a major theme throughout the exhibition, making it particularly rewarding to see our own Tuscan RC35 being demonstrated on the YCM stand.
Developed under the YMT Technologies brand, the Tuscan range represents an area of the business that we are particularly proud of. Seeing the RC35 integrated into a live exhibition setup alongside YCM machinery was a great demonstration of how our own automation solutions can work alongside established machine tool technologies to help manufacturers increase productivity and make better use of their machining capacity.
The visit was also an important opportunity to discuss future developments with our partners, strengthen relationships and bring new ideas back to our customers in the UK and Ireland.
A fantastic few days in Stuttgart and another great opportunity to see where machine tools and manufacturing automation are heading next.
